2. Refunds

- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us with a photo of the item and your order number.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain products like personal care items, opened electronics, or custom items may be non-returnable. These will be clearly marked.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
